CMD Forms - Grant Application Form
This form can be sued to apply for a 2025 CMD grant. Applications must be submitted by 31 January 2025.
Each minister engaged in CMD meets with a colleague once a year to discuss their CMD in a ‘CMD audit meeting.’ This may generate areas of development that need financing. In general, ministers in churches should ask their church to support their development with a budget. Ministers in churches that are unable to do so or who are chaplains or pioneers in settings where money is not available for CMD, may use this form.
