Newly Accredited Ministers' Programme

This document explains in detail the programme for newly accredited ministers (NAMs). It explains the key relationships they form with their regional Baptist association, college, mentor, and regional ministerial recognition committee. It applies to all NAMs, whether church minister, evangelist, chaplain, pioneer or children's, youth and families' worker. Though written specifically for NAMs, it acts as a guide for associations and colleges in their interaction with NAMs, and for churches and other ministry and mission settings that call or employ a NAM. The handbook contains all the necessary proformas in a series of appendices which are also available as individual editable Word documents.
