We are so grateful for the many prayers that have been offered for the Baptist Union Council which has met this week.  You will be aware we have spent much time with the question posed to Council in March 2022 regarding Ministry and Marriage as defined in the Ministerial Recognition Rules.

Young people and the Consultation surrounding Ministerial Recognition

We have been working hard over the last year to try to allow young people to have their voice heard more and more in church and believe that should be echoed at Assembly. As part of that, we would like to offer the young people an option to take part in the Consultation surrounding Ministerial Recognition. We recognise that this is an important conversation for many and believe that it should involve future generations. This video explores and reflects on the questions this space raises.
