Four baptisms in East Barnet

We were greatly encouraged on 20 April Easter Service, where four people were baptised. We were really blessed as the four of them shared their touching testimonies on how God changed their lives.

It was nice to hear testimonies from the two young people, Jessica Years and Rebecca Srikumaran who shared how they are able to testify of God’s love and healing. Both of them have had health problems and can only see God helping them each day in their journey of faith.

Then we had a touching testimony from Isaaq Mohamed, who goes to St James Church Shelter in East Barnet, how he lived his life without God and is able to speak with confidence now on how God has changed his life, though he was going through difficult time.

He gave thanks to God and said regardless of his difficulties, God was still working in his life and that the experience has brought him closer to God.

We also heard from Nikita Smith who was born in a Christian family but was not living a Christian life herself. She said it had been gradual for her that now she was able to decide for God and wanted to live right with God and hence coming to be baptised.

I say Jesus is alive indeed and many are still being touched by his amazing love today. I give Glory to God.
