Empowered to multiply - women's day

A space for courage, calling and conversation for Baptist women - the Everyone Everywhere working group shares more information about its next national conference on 17 March

Building upon previous national conferences in Sheffield (2024) and London (2025), Everyone Everywhere looks forward to coming together again in Northampton this March. Our dedicated Women’s Day will be an important and hope-filled space for women exploring their calling within the mission of God.

📍 Broadmead Community Church, Northampton
📅 Tuesday 17 March 2026

This day has been shaped to create a supportive, empowering environment for women passionate about participating in God’s mission.

Informed by insights from Project Violet, we recognise that women arrive with diverse experiences and contexts, often negotiating unique challenges in ministry, leadership, and faith. The planning team knows that courage grows best where honesty and encouragement meet — and that’s the atmosphere we hope to cultivate.

What to expect
  • A keynote address from Ness Wilson, leader of the Pioneer network of churches.
  • Space to reflect on the particular challenges women face in ministry and mission.
  • Time to respond in worship, prayer, creativity and conversation.
  • Opportunities for women to share insights and learn from one another.

If you’re a woman carrying a sense of calling, whether or not you see yourself as a ‘leader’, and you’re looking for a place where that calling can be discussed safely, prayerfully and with others, then this day is for you. If you need to bring a small person with you to be able to come, feel free!

Price: £15 (lunch included)

Book your place here: bit.ly/EE26ETM

Whether you are discerning a call, nurturing something new, or simply longing to see the church flourish in your context, you are warmly invited to join us in Northampton.

Let’s discover what God might do next, together.

A note on day two

We had originally advertised a second day, but this has sadly had to be cancelled. Despite that, however, we are pleased to announce that we are partnering with CCX as they host a series of Multiply events across the UK throughout 2026. These gatherings offer further opportunities for inspiration, equipping, and shared learning.

You can find full details of these events, and book here:

Multiply 2026 – upcoming events
  • Multiply: North – Tuesday 23 June
  • Multiply: Midlands – Tuesday 10 November

These gatherings bring together leaders and teams from a range of traditions to explore how the Church can reach new people in new and renewed ways. We hope to see you there.
