Youth Pastor

New Malden Baptist Church is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Pastor. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people in our church and local community, helping them to build strong foundations in their relationship with Jesus Christ, and to contribute actively to the life and spiritual growth of the church as a whole.

How to apply: Please complete the application form and send it to us with a supporting statement (two sides of A4 max) detailing your experience, calling and vision for youth and pastoral ministry to office@nmbc.org.uk by 12 noon on Sunday 8th June 2025.
It is an Occupational Requirement (OR) for the post-holder to be a practising Christian

Short-listed candidates will be called to interview on Saturday 21st June. Please let us know if you have any issues with referees being contacted in advance. Following interview, the candidate recommended by the selection panel will be invited to meet the church on a separate occasion.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be available to start work on 1st September 2025.
