Re: Statement on the death of Desmond Tutu
Wonderful hearing him speak back in the 1990s while training for ministry at Regent's Park College, Oxford University. He was the University Missioner and preached at an early morning Eucharist for theological students in the city. He told the famous story of the Anglican priest doffing his cap to his mother... I loved the way he didn't only argue prophetically about the iniquitous injustice of racial inequality and prejudice but also became a staunch ally for the LGBTQ+ community too. A true giant of the faith now receiving his welcome from his Lord and Saviour! Well done, good and faithful servant, enter now into your rest.

Love the rainbow colours to show God’s radical inclusion.

Given the colours on them, one supposes this is another idea of the Inclusive Church, that all beliefs on all subjects are equally important? So much about Christmas derives from Roman Catholicism, [ the heresy that tries to bring Christ down to be executed afresh at every Mass, ] and from the previous Babylonian, Egyptian, and Chaldean pagan religions absorbed by the RC religion.
