Leadership in a time of crisis

We were joined by Revd Prof Philip McCormack, principal of Spurgeon’s College and Revd Dr Clive Burnard, regional minister for Yorkshire Baptist Association. They discussed how we determine our leadership priorities when faced with a crisis. When our way of life and being church has changed so drastically and suddenly, how do we lead our churches and communities in ways that are simple and sustainable? How can we be open to learning new skills and habits without being overwhelmed? How can we continue to be authentic to the particular calling and gifting God has given us?

During the broadcast the following TED Talk is referenced. Also Virtue Reborn by Tom Wright.
