Loan Fund Stories
Here are some of the churches which have been helped by a BULF loan in recent years.
In January 2017 Cirencester Baptist Church moved into their new premises with the help of a large loan from the Baptist Union Loan Fund agreed in 2015.Click on the picture to read their story.
In July 2016 the Baptist Union Loan Fund agreed their 5th loan to a church wantng to pay off their debt to the Baptist Pension Scheme.

In September 2015 Horley Baptist Church held an Open Day to mark the opening of a new church building. The Baptist Union Loan Fund were able to help with a loan of £750,000 (although the church only needed around £520,000 of this). Click on the picture to read their story.
In June 2015 Christchurch Baptist Church were approached by the owner of
a property opposite their current site to see if they would be interested in buying it. The Baptist Union Loan Fund helped them to do just that. Click on the picture to read their story.
A loan of £500,000 helped Emsworth Baptist Church in Hampshire to build new premises which they moved into in the summer of 2015. Click on the picture to read their story.
A loan of £145,000 helped Saltash Baptist Church to buy a Manse in 2014 for their new Minister. He was able to move in just 7 weeks after the church viewed the property for the first time. Click on the picture to read more of their story.
