Local Formation Lead
 

South Eastern Baptist Association (SEBA) is seeking a Local Formation Lead to develop and promote local leader training across Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and the Northeast corner of Hampshire. 

This part-time role will help create accessible pathways for people serving in local Baptist churches, including those exploring Recognised Local Minister status. Working with SEBA’s Regional Ministry Team, Baptist Colleges and local partners, you will support learning, formation, mentoring and ongoing development for local leaders. 

The successful candidate will bring experience in leadership or ministry formation, strong relational and organisational skills, and a good understanding of Baptist life and structures. You will be committed to equipping others, widening access to training, and encouraging leaders to grow in ministry, mission and service.
