
Premises Officer
We are seeking a proactive and organised Premises Officer to manage and maintain the facilities at Whetstone Baptist Church. Reporting to the Premises Trustee, you will coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and volunteers to ensure the building operates smoothly, securely, and efficiently as a place of Christian worship and as a community event space.

Serve as the primary facilities contact, managing maintenance, security, and external service providers

Act as main point of contact with regards events bookings and management

Conduct weekly building inspections, manage maintenance logs, and recommend facility improvements.

Support Health & Safety compliance and liaise with contractors and authorities as required.

Maintain administrative records & manage the facilities budget

Oversee ICT systems including HVAC, access control, and AV services.

Be in sympathy with the Mission and Core Values of Whetstone Baptist Church and its membership
