Two roles at Bristol Baptist College: Operations Manager and Tutor/Director of Ministerial Formation

Bristol Baptist College is the oldest Baptist College in the world. The world is changing. The church’s place in the world is changing. God is calling women and men of different ages and from different backgrounds to serve church and world in mission and ministry. Bristol Baptist College is responding to all these challenges. Our aim is to share in the mission of God in the world through the formation of able, passionate, spirit-filled and evangelical women and men for different forms of Christian ministry. We do this through offering academic theology courses as well as formational training.
 
Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager, who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administration of the College’s activities. Managing a small administrative team, you will ensure the smooth running of the College in line with its Christian values and ethos, and that all students and staff are well supported.
This is a full-time position.

Tutor and Director of Ministerial Formation
Working with the College Principal and other members of core and wider staff team, the Tutor and Director of Ministerial Formation will be responsible for Ministerial Formation at Bristol Baptist College, and for teaching, from access level through to the formal academic programmes we offer as a College along with our partners in Bristol, Trinity College.
This is a full-time position.
