New Baptist resources launched for Inter Faith Week

Do you know some Muslims or Sikhs? Is there a mosque or gurdwara in the neighbourhood of your church? Would you like to build friendship, but feel you need a better understanding?

Encountering MuslimsTo help, the Baptist Inter Faith Working Group has launched two new resources for Inter Faith Week (11-18 November).

Encountering Islam and Encountering Sikhism, by Professor Paul Weller, author of a number of publications dealing with Baptist theology and inter-faith matters, are designed as resources to introduce and understand each faith.

They are primarily for leaders or ministers to resource a session for a group in the local church or at a regional assembly, or similar event, but they will also be helpful as a personal resource.

You can download your copy from the Inter Faith Working Group pages of the Baptists Together website via this link.
