Worship leaders appearing at the National Day of Prayer & Worship include Matt Redman, Tim Hughes, Lara Martin, Noel Robinson and Graham Kendrick.  Organisers are planningto commission on the day 10,000 young people ‘towards evangelism, mission and transformation of their communities’.

On 27 July contracts were signed with Wembley Stadium allowing the event to take place and now there is a large logistical programme to provide everything from staging to speakers.  Head of BUGB’s mission department, Ian Bunce, is part of the planning and delivery group. ‘This is a significant event, that will focus on praying for our nation, something which is greatly needed,’ he said.
