Assembly Team Registration Form

Thank you for agreeing to be part of the Team at this year's Baptist Assembly at the Bethel Convention Centre.

As you are on the Team, we need to capture some important information from you including your agreement to adhere to our safeguarding policy.  Therefore, please can you take a few moments to complete this registration form by Wednesday 30 April.

This year, you will be asked to select your choice of meal for the Friday evening and/or Saturday lunch. Click here to find more information about the catering options before completing your registration.

The details you provide will be kept confidential, only shared with those who need to know and deleted after the event.   Anyone who does not complete this registration form  will not be able to be part of the Assembly team.

The closing date for registering is Wednesday 30 April.
