- This booking process allows you to register for yourself and other adults in your group.
- If your group includes any children and young people, please use the separate 'Family ticket' option. [There is no option to book the free children's tickets in this Adult ticket booking option.]
Information needed before booking
During this booking process, you will be required to submit the following information for each delegate:
- any special requirements, such as accessibility and mobility needs (please note that, as catering is not included in the ticket price, we do not need to know about any dietary requirements)
Please ensure that you have this information to hand for each delegate before beginning the booking process.
The Booking Process
The first named delegate entered on this booking will be designated 'The Booker' and will receive a summary of all the booking(s) made, including links to print the badges for each person in your group. Please check this carefully and notify the Baptist Assembly office if you notice any errors in your booking.
