The Networking Zone will be open all day on Saturday 8 May from 9:00 until 17:00 and on Sunday 9 May from 9:00 until 12:30.   As a stand holder, you will be able to access the venue from 08:00 onwards, providing you hold a valid ticket (see below). 
 
When selecting which package suits your needs please consider the following:

• The tables will be provided by the venue; however, it will be the stand holder's responsibility to cover them as they see fit.
• Pop-up banners will not be provided - you will need to bring these yourself.
• Should you want to make use of any wall space behind your stand, only non-marking adhesive (Blu / White Tac) may be used.
• Stand holders will need to have a ticket for Assembly - anyone who does not hold a valid ticket on the day will not be permitted to access the venue.
• The free ticket that forms part of the Silver and Gold packages will be organised before the event.
