Baptist Times News Round-up - 21 May 2025
Welcome to the Baptist Times News Round-up for May. This month has several pieces from the Baptist Assembly, which took place at the Bethel Convention Centre in West Bromwich on Friday and Saturday. A video and photos of the commissioning are now available, as is a video of Lynn Green's main address. Lynn's message highlights how there were 800 more baptisms across Baptists Together in 2024 compared with the previous year, and the figure is the highest in a decade.
Speaking of baptisms, there are many encouraging baptism stories below, particularly from Easter Sunday - thanks so much for reporting them. A reminder too the latest edition of Together Magazine is now available, which also has a focus on baptism.
