One year on

October 7 is the 1-year anniversary of the horrific terror attack in southern Israel which sparked the subsequent escalation of conflict between Israel, Hamas, and Hezbollah.

Over the last year, tens of thousands of people have been killed, millions more have been displaced, the fate of nearly 100 hostages are still unknown and the prospect of further escalations dominate the headlines. We urge our Baptist family to recommit ourselves to ongoing prayer for all those suffering, for the churches in Israel, the Palestinian Territories and Lebanon, and for a just and lasting peace to be established.
