Adrian Argile
On leaving school I worked for NatWest for 9 years before training for Baptist Ministry at Spurgeon’s College. For 19½ years I pastored two churches in Lancashire before moving to Stourbridge in 2007 to take up the role of Regional Minister with the Heart of England Baptist Association (HEBA). In 2014 I was made Regional Minister Team Leader.
In Lancashire, I served as a school governor as well as serving on the board of a Housing Association for 10 years, chairing their charity wing. For 12 years, I was on the leadership team of Mainstream (now Fresh Streams) and for 4 years I was part of the Incarnate Steering Group as well as serving on several Baptist committees and groups.
My passion is to see authentic Spirit-filled disciples of Jesus Christ and churches that are healthy mission focussed communities who are actively engaged with their neighbourhoods. The local church is important to me and I involve myself in church life. Additionally, for 6 years I was a Street Pastor in Stourbridge.
I am married to Pam and we have 4 children and at the time of writing 2 grandchildren. My recreational interests are mainly sport related, especially table tennis and golf.
