- This booking process allows you to register for yourself and others in your group.
- Please remember to register every member of your group including any children and young people.
Information needed before Booking
During this booking process, you will be need to let us know of
- any special requirements for each delegate - such as accessibility and mobility needs (please note that, as catering is not included in the ticket price, we do not need to know about any dietary requirements)
- each adult's choice for the evening celebration; (please note that all children and young people under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by their responsible adult, and the Thirst celebration is recommended for Year 9 and above).
Please make sure you have this information available before beginning the booking process.
The Booking Process
- The first named delegate entered on this booking will be designated 'The Booker' and will receive a summary of all the booking(s) made. Please check this carefully and notify the Baptist Assembly office if you notice any errors in your booking. Each delegate will also receive an individual booking confirmation to the email address given against their name, which they will need to bring with them to gain access on the Saturday evening.
