Seniors Ministry Worker
20 hours a week
Pay: £21,450 - £24,375 pro rata – pay dependent on experience & qualifications.
Winchester Baptist Church (WBC) is a lively church involved in a number of activities serving both its own members and the wider community. The work with seniors is an integral part of the church's profile and its focus on mission.
The church is now seeking a new Seniors Ministry Worker to ensure that this work continues to grow and flourish. They will be expected to lead and work with an existing team of volunteers in maintaining the present profile of activities. They will also develop a vision for the growth of the mission in the church and community.

In addition, they should be able to demonstrate a level of experience in leading - through equipping, empowering and encouraging - teams of volunteers. Under the Equality Act 2010 there is an occupational requirement for the postholder to be a practising Christian.
Please contact
churchsec@winbap.org.uk
for a full job description. Applicants should provide a CV and cover letter that outlines how they meet the job requirements. Applications will close Sunday 10
th
July 2022.
