Emotional Rollercoaster training

With thanks to the Children, Young People and Families (CYF) Round Table, training from Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) on their new Emotional Rollercoaster resource will be coming to all our regional associations.

It comprises:
 
Emotional First Aid - online training to help you spot the signs of emotional distress in children and adults, and know how to respond to them effectively. Read more about this here.

The Emotional Rollercoaster - training specifically for those working with children and young people aged 8-14 years. Offering therapeutic responses, approaches and activities to explore emotional health, it is especially relevant for supporting children who have been impacted by lockdown and COVID-19. The CYF Round Table believe this is essential training for our churches, not just for those working with young people but everyone working with vulnerable people. The training, incorporating both the Emotional First Aid and Emotional Rollercoaster will happen on Zoom.
