Helping people in Pembrokeshire who are struggling with debt
In 2013, Broad Haven Baptist Church received a Mission Project Grant towards the start-up costs of running a Christians Against Poverty (CAP) centre with some of the other churches in Pembrokeshire to be able to offer practical help to people struggling with debt.
A big thank you from Broad Haven Baptist Church in Pembrokeshire. Home Mission helped us to start up a multi-denominational debt-help project with Christians Against Poverty. It’s early days but clients are already being seen. Now people in our county can see those with debt finding help and learning about Jesus’ love. They can also see churches across the area united in a common task. It’s been an exciting start and we’re looking forward to building on it.
that the number of churches involved continues to grow, that we continue to raise support to expand the project, and that individuals find new life in Jesus.
