‘Love your Local School’ Days
25 September 2010, 20 November 2010

After the successful first Love your Local School day in March, the Mission Department will be holding the next of these days to help churches to develop links with their local school.

Speakers: David Skinner from REinspired, Paul Haynes from REinspired and Martin Sweet from the Spinnaker Trust, and others.

The day will enable you to learn about the various resources and materials which might be helpful in your church as you support schools and those who work in them.

Church Planting 101
25 September 2010

Join the Incarnate Network and Urban Expression on 25 September in Bristol or the South East for Church Planting 101 - a one-day introduction to the subject.

Why plant churches? Who can be involved in this? Where is it happening, and where are new churches needed? How can we go about creating new communities that are good news locally? Come and learn with others who are interested in pioneering, creativity and mission in local communities. Through interactive learning and case studies we will explore the basics of church planting.

Crossingplaces Days

In partnership with the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity (LICC) the Mission Department is planning a series of regional crossingplaces days - an opportunity to inspire and be inspired by stories of Baptist churches engaging with their local communities. These days are suitable for your whole church and we hope that you will be able to join us with your church group.

    Incarnate Church Planters’ Houseparty 2011
    5-7 April 2011
    Somersal Cottages, Derbyshire

    Theme: Communicating the Gospel in a Changing Culture
    This will have a different approach to previous Houseparties. Rather than inviting ‘experts’ people are invited to contribute from their own knowledge and experience, making it a truly grassroots, multi-voiced, learning opportunity. Incarnate is now accepting proposals for presentations, workshop sessions, demo sessions, panels, and other content for the Houseparty – click here for further information about how to submit your ideas.

    Enlarging The Vision - Outlook Trust’s National Conference
